Combined Rosary and Mass services were held Friday, July 30 at 9 a.m. in Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church for Alexander V. Medina, 58, who died July 10.
Mr. Medina, also known as Big Jando was born in Hanford, California on March 20, 1963. He worked at J.G. Boswell for 25 years.
Survivors include his companion Carmen Martinez; his mother, Antonia Vega; his children, Alexander Medina Jr., Melissa Medina, Adriana Medina, Richard Medina and Vanessa Bonilla; his sisters, Angel and Monica; and 13 grandchildren.
Alex was preceded in death by his grandparents, Juan and Angie Medina; his sister, Rita Orosco; and his son, Matthew.
Visitation was held at Bledsoe Family People’s Funeral Chapel Thursday, July 29 from 3-6 p.m. Following services Friday, July 30, interment was at Corcoran Cemetery District.
