Sunday, Corcoran Police officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of King Avenue for a suspicious vehicle report. The reporting person advised the local police that a burgundy Dodge Ram truck passed by several times and was now parked on the side of the road with three male subjects outside the truck.
Officers arrived on the scene and spoke with the individuals who were identified as Fredie Quair, 19, Jose Leon, 19, Carlos Mendoza, 18, Danielle Ontiveros, 20 and a male juvenile. A search of the vehicle was conducted and officers located a loaded .22 caliber revolver inside.
Quair was arrested for being in possession of the loaded firearm and booked into the Kings County Jail. Quair’s charges include carrying a loaded firearm, possession of a concealed firearm, possession of a firearm with an altered serial number and possession of a switchblade knife.
Last Thursday, Corcoran Police officers received information that Richard Gonzales, 46, also known as Monica, was having a sexual relationship with a minor.
Officers initiated an investigation into the allegations and as a result arrested Gonzales. Gonzales was arrested without incident and was booked into the Kings County Jail. Gonzales is being held on $280,000.00 bail and is charged with two counts of sodomy with a person under 18-years-old and possession of child porn.
