The Corcoran Community Foundation is once again seeking to honor deceased members of the Corcoran community who have made great contributions to the City of Corcoran. The Corcoran Community Foundation has created a Memorial Wall which is located to the north side of the Corcoran City Pool at the Recreation Association of Corcoran (RAC).

With over 640 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Corcoran since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, residents who need support and assistance after testing positive there is now help. The Kings Community Action organization is offering a support program for essential workers who have tested positive for COVID-19 and need to quarantine.

The Corcoran Community Foundation is seeking to honor deceased members of the Corcoran community who have made great contributions to the City of Corcoran. The Corcoran Community Foundation Memorial Wall will be located to the north side of the Corcoran City Pool at the Recreation Association of Corcoran.
J.G. Boswell Scholar Carl Froehlich
Carl H. Froehlich won the Col. James G. Boswell Scholarship in 1970. He shared the prestigious honor with Shirley Fugate and David Barnes. Froehlich died at the age of 63 years old in 2015 but he made an impact as a Boswell Scholar and continues to do so after his death with a memorial Scholarship.
