Clara Garcia Gloria was born in Colorado City, Texas on August 28, 1928. She died October 7, 2018 at the age of 90.
Clara worked as a farm laborer for 80 years.
Survivors include her children, Raymond, Sally, Esperanza, Pete, Santa, Rosie, Yolanda, Sylvia and Jesse; her sisters, Martha and Maria Elena; 23 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; and 35 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ramon, parents, Francisco Garcia and Rosa Cuevas Garcia, son, Joe Gloria and two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held Thursday October 18 at Bledsoe Family People’s Funeral Chapel from 3-6 p.m. Rosary followed at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church at 7 p.m. Mass services were held (Friday) October 19 at 10 a.m. Interment was to follow at Corcoran Cemetery District.
