Dorothy Fabrie, long-time resident of Corcoran, Ca, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2017 in Visalia, Ca.
Born on June 13, 1936, in Tulare, Ca, into the Enos Family, Dorothy was the youngest of 12 children. In 1959, she moved to Corcoran and with her husband, Pete, opened Fabrie Jewelers. Together they had two children, Judy Mendes and Jerry Fabrie.
Dorothy is survived by her loving companion Max Mena, son Jerry and wife Evelyn, daughter Judy and husband Jorge, and brother Manuel Enos of Tulare. Dorothy also leaves behind four grandchildren, Justin Mendes, Jared Mendes and wife Stephanie, Megan and Brian Fabrie, and three great-grandchildren, Brody, Kylie and Bryson Mendes.
All services were held at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 1404 Hanna, Corcoran, Ca. A viewing was April 27, 6 p.m., Rosary to follow, 7 p.m. Funeral services were held April 28, 10 a.m. with burial following at Corcoran District Cemetery.
