Combined rosary and mass services was held Friday, Aug. 21 at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church for Elias P. Barrera Sr., of Corcoran who died Aug. 12 in Visalia.
Born Dec. 27, 1966 in Hanford, Mr. Barrera worked as a truck driver for 15 years.
Mr. Barrera’s survivors include his wife, Donna Bonilla; sons, Elias Barrera Jr., and Angel Elijah Barrera; siblings, Mike Barrera, Rudy Barrera, Jimmy Barrera, Cecelia Barrera, Renee Rodriguez; Sonya Macias, Margaret Velasquez and Elizabeth Valdez.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Selma Barrera and Raul Barrera and a brother, Johnny “JohnCat” Barrera.
Visitation was held at Bledsoe Family People’s Funeral Chapel Thursday, Aug. 20 from 3-7 p.m. Arrangements were made under the direction of the Bledsoe Family People’s Funeral Chapel.
