Ernest Romero, 66, of Corcoran passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on December 30, 2020.
Ernest was born October 25, 1954 in Corcoran to Robert and Mildred Romero. He grew up with three brothers and two sisters. At an early age he began his career as a meat cutter and became well known throughout Kings County. He was awarded Best Butcher in 2010 by Reader’s Choice awards of The Sentinel.Being caring and dependable to his wife, children and grandchildren was of the utmost importance to Ernest and he certainly did not disappoint when it came to wholeheartedly loving his family.Ernest is survived by his loving wife, Maria of 43 years; sons, Ernie and Eric; daughter, Ariana; and seven grandchildren, Eric, Lia, Isaiah, Adelina, Emmet, Arabella and Noah.Ernest Romero lives on in the hearts and minds of his loving family.
