It’s back! The Corcoran Chamber of Commerce is bringing back its Farmers and Artisans’ Market starting with their first event which is set for Friday, July 16.
The event will be held in downtown Corcoran from 5:30-8:30 p.m. on Whitley Avenue next to Christmas Tree Park and according to Chamber Executive Director Lisa Shaw there will be familiar items available as well as new vendors and a health fair added to the event.
“The Chamber is pleased to bring back the Farmers’ and Artisans’ Market this summer. We will be adding new vendors, and you can be sure to find your favorites like the homemade breads from the Corcoran Museum Committee, handmade soaps, scrubs and lip balms from Burner Farmstead and a great variety of food and craft vendors,” Shaw said. “We will also be partnering with the Corcoran District Hospital to add a health fair to the event.”
There will be plenty of offerings for local shoppers including produce, hand crafted items and more. Also on hand will be food booths, game booths and a bounce house for the kids. A beer and wine garden will be open along with live music.
The first 100 adult shoppers will get a free reusable grocery totes.
