Free back-to-school haircuts will be offered Sunday, Aug. 16 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Recreation Association of Corcoran (RAC), 900 Dairy Avenue.
The event is for boys from preschool to 12th grade who will be able to get a free haircut. There will also be a DJ, a barbecue and raffles. Also, offered will be free hot rocket snow cones, free back packs and free school supplies while supplies last.
