In CHS varsity boys’ basketball action, Corcoran has won seven consecutive games beating Granite Hills, Sierra Pacific, Woodlake, Strathmore, Lindsay, Mira Monte and El Capitan of Merced.
Coach Jerod Uldall’s leading scorers have been seniors Da’Shaun Henderson and Nico Portillo as well as freshman Roy Salinas. The Panthers are now 13-8 overall and 5-1 in the East Sequoia League.
The Panthers hosted Woodlake Tuesday hwoever details were not available at press time. They will travel to Strathmore today (Thursday) and will play two games at home next Tuesday and Thursday. Games are played in the big gym at Corcoran High School. Game times are set for 4 p.m.
