John Santos was born on August 2, 1951 and passed away on March 9, 2016 at UCSF Medical Center in San Francisco after a lengthy battle with bone marrow cancer.

He attended Oak Valley school and graduated from Tulare Western High school in 1969. He was a dairyman/ farmer. His greatest enjoyments came from his grandchildren and his niece and nephew, Rosalee and Austin Rodriguez.

 

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl of 42 years; his children, Shellene (Steve) Dias, Johnny (Priscilla) Santos and Jarrett (Laura) Santos; grandchildren, Dawsyn and Gavin Dias, Lillian and Emilee Santos and Carlin and Caitlin Santos; brother, Gary (Edwina) Santos; and sister, Darlene (Eddie) Rodriguez; brother in law, David (Suzy) Rosprim; and sister-in-law Susan (Burl) Watermann.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lillian Santos.
