Juanita Chapa, born August 28, 1949, passed away with family members by her side on August 24, 2015.
She was employed with Corcoran Unified School District and the after school RAC program. She enjoyed bingo, and was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys.
Survivors include her loving spouse of many years Paul A. Estorga, Sr. of Corcoran; children, Jose A. Estorga of Fresno, Enedina Avalos (David) of Corcoran and Jacquline Estorga (Mario Valdez Jr.) of Corcoran; grandchildren, David Avalos Jr., Savanah Avalos, Haliegh Valdez and Jayden Valdez (Lil Man); sisters, Stella Martinez of San Antonio, Texas, Irene Colunga of Meza, Arizona, Elida and husband Poncho Morin, Terri Delgado and Alice Chapa, all of Santa Maria and Dolores Chapa of Los Osos; and many nephews and nieces. She also leaves behind close and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her brother Edward Chapa and parents Norberto and Paula Chapa.
Memorial services were held in her honor on her birthday August 28, 2015.
