On Wednesday, August 12, 2020, the angels opened the gates of heaven and called home one of their own, Julia Marquez. She was 94 years old and a longtime resident of Corcoran. Julia was a homemaker.
This beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt, will be dearly missed by her family.
Julia was blessed with a son, Jesse and his wife Sylvia; six daughters: Teresa and her husband Jim, Margaret, Maria, Elvira, Angela and her husband Rick, and Lucia; 14 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and another one on the way.
She is also survived by one sister, Margarita and one brother, Manuel.
Julia was preceded in death by her husband, Salvador and her daughter Teresa.
Arrangements were under the direction of Bledsoe Family People’s Funeral Chapel in Corcoran.
