Kelly Wayne Yantis was born June 16, 1963 in Visalia, Ca. and he passed away April 13, 2018 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
He is survived by his wife, Thi Le Nga Nguyen Yantis and twins, Steven and Sarah Yantis of Vietnam; a daughter, Clarissa Yantis and grandson Alexander Mitchell of Corcoran; parents, Wayne and Linda Yantis, also of Corcoran; and numerous other relatives.
Kelly was a long time Corcoran resident and attended Corcoran schools. He attended the First Pentecostal Church in Corcoran and The Pentecostal Lighthouse in Visalia. He was a heavy equipment operator and employed by Salyer American, J.G. Boswell and Specialty Crane of Bakersfield. He had been living in Vietnam the last 10 years where he was working as an English tutor.
Kelly was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ory and Allyene Yantis, and Eddie and Flossie Cantrell, all of Corcoran.
Services were held in Ho Chi Minh City on April 19, 2018.
