The Corcoran Kiwanis Club is once again sponsoring their Annual Kiwanis Mother’s Day Breakfast, which will be held Sunday, May 8, at the Corcoran Veteran’s Hall from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m.
The breakfast includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hot buttered pancakes, salsa, orange juice, milk or coffee. Tickets can be purchased from Kiwanis members or at the door. Tickets are $6 for Adults and $3 for Children 12 and under.
Everyone is welcome. This is not a fundraising event. Corcoran Kiwanis Club organizes this event each year to provide the community with a local setting where families can bring their mothers, grandmothers, and spouses for a delicious and affordable breakfast that will be enjoyed by the whole family. Take-outs are available.
The primary purpose of the organization’s existence is to respond to the needs of the community and to help others, particularly young children and families in the school and local community. Members of the organization are committed to public volunteerism in terms of dedicating their extra time and effort towards providing community projects and programs, children’s activities and events for families within the community. All profits from any community activity must in turn be returned to the Corcoran community.
