Lupe Bella Trujillo was born April 13, 1931 in Brownsville, Texas to Alfredo Bella and Bertha Sanchez Bella. She entered heaven’s gates while at her home in Corcoran January 31, 2015.
Lupe worked as a farm labor for 50 years and as a housekeeper for the Gilkeys and Hansen Ranches.
She is survived by her children, Charlie Trujillo of San Jose, CA, Irene Nichols and husband Roy of Porterville and Lisa Chavez and husband David of Corcoran, Margaret Franco of Corcoran and Mona Sakata of Sacramento; brothers, Homer and Alfredo Bella; sisters, Mini Romero, Jenny Perez, Carmen Bella and Alice Hall; 13 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
Lupe is preceded in death by her husband Raymond and sons David and Jason “JJ”.
Funeral mass will be held Wednesday, February 11 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church at 10 a.m.
Arrangements were made under the direction of the Bledsoe Family People’s Funeral Chapel in Corcoran.
