
Matthew Edward Pearce, 49, died Aug. 12, 2018 in Visalia.
Born Jan. 19, 1970 in Corcoran, Matthew grew up and attended Corcoran schools but had been a resident of Visalia for the last seven years.
He worked as a mechanic and welder.
Matthew was preceded in death by his parents Bob and Annetta Pearce.
He is survived by two sisters and one brother, Haylee Pearce-Davis, John Pearce and Kimberly Pearce-Torres; his wife, Lisa Pearce; and two daughters, Katherine Pearce and Bernadette Pearce-Daleman; and four grandchildren, Juan, Serinity, Lilianna and Hazel Grace.
Matthew enjoyed working on cars and welding. He loved going to the beach and the mountains as well as camping and spending time with his family gathered around the fires at night. Matthew enjoyed going to gun ranges and practicing with firearms.
He was sweet, loving, strong and a strong believer in Jesus.
The family is planning a Celebration of Life however no date has been set. Family and friends will be notified in the near future.
