The Corcoran District Hospital (CDH) board has announced the completion of its new website.

The new website was created in accordance with the law. Although the hospital was closed Sept. 30, 2013 by a previous board of directors, the current CDH Board is overseeing approximately $1.3 million received from the sale of the building, which was sold to Adventist Health March 29, 2018, and payments from Kings County. Plans for those funds include various health related projects in Corcoran.
The new Corcoran District Hospital Board of Directors have eliminated debt and financial obligations of the hospital and has shifted its focus on supporting and enhancing health and wellness services in the community.
And while the current COVID-19 pandemic has put a short-term halt to their public forum meetings the district has provided a way for residents to ask questions and fill out a health needs assessment survey. For more information visit the CDH website at https://corcoranhospital.specialdistrict.org/.
