Homeless problem evident at John Maroot Park
The homeless at John Maroot Park are hard to miss. The sight reminds Corcoran residents of the tents set up by homeless in neighboring cities next to their freeways. However, as common as it may be for larger cities Corcoran has seemed to escape the big city homeless issues in the past, until today.
Kiwanis Club of Corcoran donated new books to Bret Harte preschool students
To celebrate and encourage literacy in the homes of Corcoran preschoolers, the Corcoran Kiwanis Club made a donation of a new Dr. Seuss books for each student attending Bret Harte Preschool and EduCare’s Corcoran Learning Center Preschool program.
