Peter was born March 17, 1967 in Corcoran to Pedro Navarro and
Rafaela Molano Navarro.
Survivors include his mother; and three brothers, Hector, Dagoberto and Reynaldo.
Peter was preceded in death by his father Pedro, his nephew, Hector Navarro, and his sisters, Iracema Navarro and Thelma Martinez.
Interment was held at Corcoran District Cemetery.
