The Corcoran Relay for Life is reminding all team captains about the upcoming meeting schedule. Meetings will be held Thursday, April 16 and Thursday, May 7. All meetings will begin at 6 p.m. and will be held in Room 1 at the Technology Learning Center.
Also, Relay for Life of Corcoran would like to get in touch with cancer survivors and those who have been caregivers for cancer patients.
The committee is planning special events to honor these individuals at this year’s Relay for Life event which will be held May 16 at Corcoran High School. Survivors and caregivers can contact Ron Subia at 559-300-5004 or at ronsubia@gmail.com.

Teams who are participating in this year’s event include Tumornators, Tracy’s Minions, Corcoran Kiwanis, Wings of Hope, Team Lopez Never Give Up, Jammin 4 Josie, CHS AFJROTC, JM FBLA 2015, Paws for a Cause. Luminarias are also currently on sale. To purchase a luminaria in honor of someone who is battling cancer or in memory of those who have lost the fight contact any team member or Subia at 300-5004.
