Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino is proud to present multi-talented comedian, actor, singer and writer, Rodney Carrington on Thursday, October 4 at 7:30 p.m. in the bingo hall. Tachi Palace offers the premier entertainment experience in the area.
Carrington has been on the comedy scene since 1998 when he had his break through CD, Hangin’ With Rodney, which consisted of both standup comedy and original songs. Since then, he has released nine more albums, including Morning Wood, his first Top 20 album and first certified Gold album, and Laughter’s Good, a number one hit on the Billboard Comedy Charts. His 2004 Greatest Hits peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard Comedy Charts and No. 11 on the Billboard Country Charts.
For two seasons he starred in his own ABC TV sitcom, Rodney, and he also co-wrote and co-starred with Toby Keith in the 2008 feature film, Beer For My Horses. Carrington won “Supporting Character of the Year” from the CMT Music Video Awards for his appearance on Trace Adkins’ music video, “I Got My Game On.”
