Four young Corcoran gang members who have been accused of attacking and stabbing a victim Sunday in the early morning hours have been arrested on attempted murder charges.
Corcoran police responded to a call at approximately 2:15 Sunday morning, reporting an assault in the 1400 block of Dairy Ave. They found a 20-year-old man who had been stabbed several times.
The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he is recovering.
Within the next two days, investigating officers were able to determine the suspects in the case were: Jose Gutierrez, 20; Jose Martindelcampo, 27; Tomas Garcia, 20; and Johnny Soto, 23.
The investigation established the stabbing as a gang-related crime and all four were charged with that offense, as well as attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon.
The men were booked at the Kings County Jail in Hanford on bail of over $1 million each.
