Kiwanis hangs banner to remind residents to mask up
Cover Up to Open Up KIWANIS CLUB President Laura Duran is shown above in front of the club’s banner which was recently hung across Whitley Avenue. The banner is a reminder to residents to cover up to open up Kings County. Duran and Kiwanis is encouraging residents to continue to wear masks to help Kings County advanced into the next tier.
KCAO program to offer help to those affected by COVID-19 pandemic
With over 640 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Corcoran since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, residents who need support and assistance after testing positive there is now help. The Kings Community Action organization is offering a support program for essential workers who have tested positive for COVID-19 and need to quarantine.

As a reminder to local residents the City of Corcoran has closed the front lobby at City Hall in order to limit exposure to and prevent the unintended transfer of COVID-19 (coronavirus).
