The Valley Innovative Energy Watch (VIEW) is participating with Pacific Gas and Electric Company to bring an energy efficiency informational meeting to small medium-sized businesses in Corcoran and the surrounding area.

he meeting will be held at the Corcoran Chamber of Commerce office on April 14 between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. The session will focus on what energy efficiency is, how it can be used to make a difference and how to enroll in a current energy challenge I the area.

 

The energy challenge that will be promoted is titled Kill-A-Watt Krackdown. This challenge is a fun and friendly competition designed to save businesses money on their operating costs. Commercial businesses are being challenged to to make measurable and lasting changes in the way they consume energy and improve their costs.
