The Central California Blood Bank will host the Wimbley Family Memorial Blood Drive on Thursday, March 29. The blood drive will be held at the Recreation Association of Corcoran (RAC) from 3-8 p.m. The Corcoran Police Department will be on hand grilling hot dogs for all donors.

Blood donation takes less than one hour to complete. Donors must be in good general health, weigh a minimum of 110 pounds and be at least 18 years old. Anyone 16 or 17 years old must have a written parental consent. There is no upper age limit. Donors should eat a good meal and drink plenty of water within four hours prior to donation. Photo ID is required at donor registration.
